2024 T.E.E. Grant Program

NWAGA's T.E.E. (Tournament Expenses Eased) Grant initiative provides financial support to female junior golfers with golf-related expenses. Later this year, junior girls from Nebraska will be able to apply for advanced support of Nebraska Junior Golf membership ($125 value) or submit a request for reimbursement involving golf-related expenses. The maximum support an individual may receive is $500. A junior golfer is defined as an amateur golfer who has not yet reached the September 1 following graduation from high school.

T.E.E. Grant Application (opens spring of 2024)

All female junior golfers seeking support will begin by completing a T.E.E. Grant Application. After completing the T.E.E. Grant Application, applicants become eligible to make requests for 1) Advanced Nebraska Junior Golf Membership and/or 2) Golf-Related Expense Reimbursements.

Advanced Nebraska Junior Golf Membership Support (opens spring of 2024)

After completing the T.E.E. Grant Application, individuals may request support for a 2024 Nebraska Junior Golf membership (value $125). The NJG offers a summer tour full of competitive tournaments for junior golfers and is the premier resource for junior golf in Nebraska. NJG membership includes a Nebraska Golf Association membership (GHIN Handicap Index) and Youth on Course membership (opportunity to play golf for just $5 at YOC courses nationwide). Approved applicants will receive immediate instructions on how to register for their hosted membership. Note: This application is for individuals that have not yet paid for membership in the NJG. If you have already paid for NJG membership you may seek reimbursement through the category below.

Reimbursement of Golf-Related Expenses (opens spring of 2024)

All female junior golfers seeking reimbursement support must have completed a T.E.E. Grant Application. After completing the T.E.E. Grant Application, individuals may make requests for reimbursement of Golf-Related expenses. Golf related expenses include, but are not limited to: Membership Fees; Competition Expenses (i.e. entry fees, travel, lodging, caddie fees or meals); Equipment. All submissions will be reviewed by NWAGA's Youth Development Committee for approval. Those approved will be required to submit proof of expenses (copies of receipts or other proof of payment).

 

Maximum overall support per individual is $500.
