MAXIMUM HANDICAP INDEX
The maximum handicap index permitted for this event is 40.4. Golfers whose handicap index exceeds 40.4 will be reduced to the 40.4 maximum.
The tournament will consist of 36-holes of Pinehurst stroke play (both gross and net). In Pinehurst, two players play as partners, each partner plays from the teeing ground and plays the partners ball for the second shot. After the second shot, partners select the ball with which they wish to score and play that ball alternately to complete the hole.
All sides will compete in both Gross and Net Divisions.
Flights will be created in advance, within the Net Division, based on team Playing Handicap.
Based on May 15 Handicap Revision. 60% of the lower player’s Course Handicap and 40% of the higher player’s Course Handicap determine a side’s Playing Handicap.
A side’s Playing Handicap will determine round one shotgun starting position with the lowest Playing Handicaps starting on hole 1. Round two shotgun starting position will be determined by round one net score with the lowest scores starting on hole 1.
Caddies are not permitted.
PERSONAL APPEARANCE & FOOTWEAR
