2024 NWAGA DOTTIE BOWMAN T.E.E. GRANT PROGRAM

Named for Past NWAGA President (1976-77) and Nebraska Golf Hall of Fame member, Dottie Bowman of Kearney, NWAGA's T.E.E. (Tournament Expenses Eased) Grant program provides financial support to Nebraska female junior golfers in need with golf-related expenses.

Beginning May 1, junior girls from Nebraska will be able to apply from this page for T.E.E. Grant support. Golf-related expenses include but are not limited to: Membership Fees; Competition Expenses (i.e. entry fees, travel, lodging, caddie fees or meals); Equipment. The maximum support an individual may receive is $500. A junior golfer is defined as an amateur golfer who has not yet reached the September 1 following graduation from high school. The deadline for submission of applications is Friday, May 31, 2024 at 5 p.m. CDT.

NWAGA's Youth Development Committee will be responsible for reviewing applications and selecting grant recipients based on financial need. Award winners will receive notification of their selection on Friday, June 14 along with instructions on requesting reimbursement. Those approved will be required to submit proof of expenses (copies of receipts or other proof of payment). NWAGA will disburse funds in July for expenses submitted by June 30 and again in September for expenses submitted by September 15. No expenses may be submitted after September 15.
