Governance
of the Nebraska Women's Amateur Golf Association.
The
Board of Directors acts as a governing board, and the association
is comprised of representatives of the various regions and golf
clubs throughout the state. Various committees governing different
aspects of women's golf are nominated by the association's President
and administer the various activities of the Association, i.e.,
Nominating, Junior, Membership, Rules, Publications, and Tournaments.
Committees administer the various affairs of the Association.
These individuals are asked to provide the leadership with input
on current and future programs:
The Board is the governing body of Nebraska Women's Amateur Golf
Association. It oversees the day-to-day operation and the long-term
direction of the Association. NWAGA's Executive Director is an
ex-officio member of the Board.
Committees ensure that the direction of the Association moves
in concert with its mission and long-range goals.
Nebraska Women's Amateur Golf Association Board and committee
members serve without compensation.
